In relation to the concern the Lord has for marriage, here is what Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 7:12-17, "I do not have a direct command from the Lord in the matter, but the best counsel I want to give is this: If a Believing husband has a wife who is not a believer, and she is willing to continue living with him in marriage, he must not leave her. Likewise, if a Believing woman has a husband who is an unbeliever, and he is willing to continue living with her, she must not leave him. Those new sandals look comfortable, my "walking with Jesus" friend we have "walked" through all four Gospels, through the books of Acts and Galatians, and into the first of the two letters to the Believers in Corinth. The Apostle Paul has a lot on his mind. And in chapter 6, we find him expressing concern about the sensitive subject of sex. It may be helpful here to think about fire.
