When we REALLY, SUPER CARE about someone, and we know that something in particular is going to happen, our heart instructs us to explain that so and such a thing WILL happen/WILL take place. Foretelling future events/ prophesying, in the Bible is the assignment of persons chosen by God to receive and report His messages. There are more than 2,000 prophecies recorded in the Bible. Some have already come true. For example, about 500 years BEFORE Jesus was born, God instructed the prophet Isaiah to tell everyone that the Redeemer WOULD come. He would come/ be born as a baby.
