Contrast. Yes, my "walking with Jesus" friend, looking at the contrast between the old way and the NEW way often helps us realize just how wonderful the NEW way is. Because the New Covenant, through Christ, makes us right with God. We could not keep all the law under the old covenant. We were under condemnation. But, in the New Covenant, we have forgiveness, cleansing and "...the righteousness of Christ..."(1 Corinthians 1:30)The NEW Covenant, which remains forever, is overwhelmingly glorious." Our covenant agreement with the Lord gives us confidence to walk with Him and tell of His glorious salvation. Let's choose a way to do that today, my friend!
