Have you ever built something? We knowv, my " walking with Jesus" friend" that when you build something, the foundation must be solid. Continuing his 1st letter to the Corinthians, Paul uses the builder and the building to make his case. See what you think of his approach:"God enabled me to lay the foundation for your faith. Now others are building on that foundation. But, whoever builds of the foundation I laid must be very careful. For there is only one foundation, and that is Jesus Christ. Now, anyone who builds on that foundation may use gold, silver, jewels, wood, hay or straw. But a Judgement Day is coming. Everyone's work will be tested. If the work survives the fire of testing, that builder will receive a reward. But, if the work is poorly done and is burned up, the builder will get no reward. He himself will be saved, like a man escaping from a blaze, but his works will have been burned. So, build carefully and may your works stand the testing of the Lord."(1Corinthians 3:10-15) Do we see a lesson for ourselves in this Word to the Corinthians?
