What do we know about disagreements? my "walking with Jesus" friend. How are we, as Believers, to handle disagreements? In 1 Corinthians 6:1-8, Paul writes, "If you have a disagreement with another Believer, why do you file a law-suit and ask a secular court to decide the issue, instead of taking the issue to other Believers, for THEM to consider the matter and give you a decision? Don't you realize that someday we Believers are going to judge the world? And since you are going to judge the world, can't you decide these little things among yourselves? Don't you realize that we Believers will even be given the responsibility of judging angels? So, you should surely be able to resolve ordinary disagreements here on earth. ..Surely there are brothers and sisters in the church who are wise enough and well-respected so as to give right decisions." In Matthew 5:9, it is recorded: Jesus taught us:" Blessed are the peacemakers, for THEY shall be called the children of God."
