Going back to the book of Galatians, we rejoice to realize that: Our gracious Heavenly Father greatly blesses us with meaningful relationships. When we understand the message of the book of Galatians, we find that the "Key thought" is this: Since we are justified [brought into right relationship with God] by FAITH alone and not by keeping the law [or performing certain tasks, or doing good deeds] we come to see and understand that Christianity IS a living, dynamic relationship with Christ Jesus, the only Son of God. It's a RELATIONSHIP, not a "religion," or a set of rituals. Jesus makes this fact abundantly clear throughout the Gospels. For example, in John 15:5. He says, "I am the vine. You are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him bears much fruit [ will show in His life the goodness of God] For without Me you can do nothing [ of Eternal value..]" So, let us pray, Lord God
of Heaven and Earth, bring us into and keep us IN a dynamic RELATIONSHIP with Jesus Christ as Savior. And let that relationship inspire us to love the Lord and serve others in His Name. We pray and ask in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
