In the POWER of the Gospel, Paul has been teaching on the Holy Spirit in the church at Ephesus. Acts 19:2-7. So, my "walking with Jesus" friend, the church was greatly strengthened. For three months Paul continued preaching forgiveness of sins and salvation through Jesus Christ in the Synagogue. This was a new teaching to the Jews. Many believed. But others resisted the message and began to speak badly of Paul and actively reject the message. At this point Paul left the Synagogue, took his disciples with him and began teaching in the lecture hall of Tyrannus. "This went on for two years, so that all the Jews and Greeks who lived in the province of Asia heard the Word of the Lord.. God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, so that even handkerchiefs that had touched him were taken to the sick and they were healed and evil spirits left them."(Acts 19:8-11) What is OUR position? Are
WErejoicing in the message of salvation? Are WE eager to spread The Word/live by The Word? Jesus said:" LET your Light so shine before men that they will glorify Your Father in Heaven."(Matthew 5:16)
