There are 38 specific prophecies about the coming, the life, death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ that have been fulfilled! Here's one of them: About the year 753BC, the prophet Hosea arose. What was the main message God called Hosea to deliver? Folks, God truly loves you, but you keep backsliding and disobeying the laws of the Lord. When will you stop sinning, and turn back to God? Finally, in Hosea 11:1, God has the prophet declare:"When Israel was a child, then I loved him and called my Son out of Egypt." Was someone coming out if Egypt then, to set the people straight? No. Did Hosea know all about the plan God had to send a Savior? No. He just declared what God told him to declare...whet
her he understood all about it or not. He was a faithful prophet. And, 600+ years later, as Matthew 2:15, reports, God DID "call His Son out of Egypt." We can TRUST His Word!
