Oh my, he told Matthew, "Follow me." And look there, he is leaving the tax office to follow Jesus right away. "After that, Jesus was sitting at table in the house, and many tax collectors and sinners cane and sat down with him and his disciples.*And when the Pharisees saw it, they said to His disciples, 'Why does your Teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?* Jesus heard them and told them: 'Those who are well have no need of a physician. But those who are sick do...I did not come to call the righteous. I came to call sinners to repentance.' "(Matthew 9:8-13)When we consider our own lives, are there things of which we need to repent? so as to turn toward and walk more closely and dynamically with Jesus.
